[ET Net News Agency, 26 August 2026] The Hang Seng Index opened 124 points higher today at 25,635. It reached a high of 25,800, up 289 points, and a low of 25,615, up 104 points. The Hang Seng Index closed up 141 points, or 0.6%, at 25,652.
Southbound funds recorded a net inflow of HK$452.67m for the full day, compared to a net outflow of HK$6605.24m on the previous session. The top stocks by net Southbound buying were BABA-W(09988), YOFC(06869) and SMIC(00981) in that order.
